The first confirms that your order was received; the e-mail will be delivered in about 24 hours.
The second confirms that your order has been shipped from our warehouse. You can also check the current status of your order online, by phone or email. See the Status section of the above command.

You can check the status of your orders shop.hrc.org by clicking “Order Status” on top of each page. If you have an order outstanding, you can see the details. If you have more than one outstanding order, you go to your Order History page, where you can see the commands from the last six months. From there you can click on a specific order to see its details.

On the Order Details, you see the items in the order, delivery address, delivery details, payment and return or exchange any information. In the Summary of port, you will also see the current status and details of the monitoring service marine carrier for each package.

Occasionally, we may send an order in multiple packages. In such cases, we will provide tracking information for all packages, as well as details on items you can expect in which package.

When you register and create your account with shop.hrc.org, we will remember your information so that the payment process is a breeze. You’ll also be able to store all your addresses and check your order history as well.

Please note: If you ordered online store HRC before May 15, 2009, your personal information, address, payment information and order history may have been lost in our updated website years.

Can I place an order without registering?

Yes you can. You can also check the status of your order via an agent of Customer Service (by phone or email) without registering, but registration will give you access to more information about your order.

What will you do with my information after I register?

Personal information about you and your order history are available for you only if you provide the password that you create. After providing your password, you can edit or delete your data at any time of the “Your Account” page. For more information about our privacy policy, click here.

What if I forget my password?

No problem. We can give you a hint. If you still cannot remember, we can reset your password and email a new one for you. We cannot give passwords over the phone or by mail to an e-mail address different from the one used to register.

When I enter my name when registering, is it secure?

We use Secure Socket Layer to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than shop.hrc.org. For more information about SSL click here.

When I register, will I receive catalogs or promotions shop.hrc.org e-mail?

Yes. When you register or place an order with us, you are automatically added to our mailing list.
