New BlackBerry Curve dubbed Apollo: Specs release
Sometimes it doesn’t rain but it pours and only moments ago we gave you news and specs on the upcoming BlackBerry Dakota, as yet no date or price available.
These include a 5-megapixel camera, WiFi, GPS and 512MB of RAM. There’s also an HGVA display (480 x 360) and it will run BlackBerry OS 6.1. Add to that, quad-band GSM/GPRS/EGE along with tri-band HSPA 7.2 Mbps radio and this new mid-end BlackBerry phone looks pretty good. Similarly to the Dakota there are no price details or release date yet available
An article over on BerryReview is impressed by the new Curve’s 800MHz CPU but notes that the battery is not as good as it could be (1050mAH). What are your thoughts on the next-generation Curve? Why not send us your comments to let us know.
